Hearing Screening Assessments – Thursday 27th October

Thank you to those parents who have signed up for their child to receive a hearing screening.  These will take place on Thursday 27th October.  If you would still like your child to receive the hearing screening but have already missed the due date for submission of your permission slip and 200 RMB, please send this to school to be received no later than this Friday 14th October.  I am afraid that after this time, no additional bookings can be made.

The cost of the screening is 200 RMB. This cost includes a free follow up screening and audiology report, if needed.   Please note, no set appointment date or time will be allocated to your child.  When your child has been screened, the results will be sent home with your child.

Please contact your child’s school office if you still require a permission form for this hearing assessment.

Label Your Child’s Clothing

As we move into the cooler part of the year in Shanghai we start to see lost items of clothing as jacket, coats, hats and gloves are worn.  Please ensure that ALL of your child’s clothing is labelled (including shorts, trousers, skirts, t-shirts and jumpers/sweatshirts) so that when we find lost items and can send these back to their rightful owner.  Unfortunately items that are not named often remain missing.
